Privacy
This page explains what Ninni uses to provide the app. It avoids promises about laws or systems that have not been independently verified.
Information used by Ninni
- Account information: Supabase processes authentication and account profile data such as your email address, display name, username, and authentication identifiers.
- Favorites: when you are signed in, your sound favorite IDs are associated with your account through Supabase.
- Local history: curated-story history remains in account-scoped storage on your device.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive the address and information you include in that message.
Parent recordings stay local
Recordings made while a parent reads a story are saved locally on that device. Ninni does not upload those recordings to Supabase or use them for voice cloning, synthetic narration, or model training.
You control these local recordings through the app and device. Removing local app data or uninstalling the app may remove them, so keep any recording you cannot replace backed up separately if the app offers an export option in the future.
First-play sound downloads
Some supplied sounds may download from ninniai.com the first time you play them. They are cached locally on your device so they can play again without another download when the cache is available. These requests deliver media; Ninni does not use them for advertising or tracking.
Supabase
Ninni uses Supabase for account authentication, account profile data, sound favorites, and curated story media where server delivery is needed. Data sent to Supabase is used to provide those functions.

What Ninni does not use
Ninni does not provide AI story generation, synthetic narration or TTS, advertising, analytics tracking, credits, subscriptions, payments, gifts, child profiles, voice cloning, or voice selection. The app therefore does not process data for those removed features.
Curated content
The app may connect to Supabase to retrieve fixed curated stories, story media, sound artwork, or related content. Supplied remote sound files may be delivered from ninniai.com. This is content delivery, not content generation.
Website data
This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts and does not set its own tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process routine network and security logs when a page is requested.
Security and retention
We use the available safeguards of the services that operate Ninni. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Account data is kept while needed to provide the account or until a valid deletion request is completed, subject to technical or legal retention needs.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete account information by emailing hello@ninniai.com. We may need to verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
Children
Ninni is intended to be operated by a parent or guardian. The current product does not ask users to create child profiles.
