These terms apply when you access or use Ninni. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use Ninni.
What Ninni provides
Ninni is a free iPhone app with provided soothing sounds, a fixed library of curated bedtime stories, favorites, history, a sleep timer, and the option to record a parent's reading on the device.
The current product does not offer paid plans, subscriptions, advertising, credits, payments, AI-generated stories, text-to-speech or synthetic narration, voice cloning, voice selection, gifts, or child profiles.
Accounts and Apple sign-in
Some features require a Ninni account. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for providing accurate information. You may sign in with email or, where available, Sign in with Apple. Apple provides and controls its own authentication service; its terms and policies also apply to your use of that service.
When Ninni is obtained through the App Store, Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard licensed application agreement may also apply.
Local and account-scoped information
Recordings made while a parent reads a story are stored locally on that device. They are not uploaded to a Ninni account. Removing the app or its local data may permanently remove those recordings.
Account information, favorites, history, and server-delivered curated content may be associated with your account and handled through Ninni's service providers. See the Privacy notice for details.
Acceptable use
You may use Ninni for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, circumvent security controls, or infringe the rights of Ninni or others.
Content and ownership
Ninni and its provided app content are licensed for personal use, not sold to you. Except where applicable law allows otherwise, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from the app or its provided content.
You retain responsibility for recordings you create. You must have the right to record and use any voice or other material included in them.
Availability and changes
Ninni may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep the app available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Account closure
You may stop using Ninni at any time. Available in-app account controls or a request to hello@ninniai.com can be used to request account deletion. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with legal obligations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or its requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.
